💧 Hydration Support – Encouraging regular fluid intake, tracking hydration levels, and offering favorite beverages to prevent dehydration and fatigue. 🧼 Sanitation Care – Maintaining cleanliness through personal hygiene assistance, handwashing, bathing, and safe toileting routines to promote dignity and prevent infection. 🪷 Lubrication & Skin Care – Applying lotions and moisturizers to prevent dryness, irritation, and skin breakdown — helping clients feel refreshed and cared for. Our approach to Hydration, Sanitation, and Lubrication is guided by compassion and respect. Each service is personalized to support the client’s comfort, health, and independence in the safety of their own home.
Cancellation Policy
As advised, if you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving proper notice , we miss the opportunity to fulfill that appointment. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to assure scheduled services are handled properly and that staff is professionally prepared for that booked appointment. - A minimum deposit is required in order to book a scheduled service , and once fulfilled, the fee will be applied to your scheduled service . Anything less than a 48 hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit. - Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of a scheduled service appointment.
