Assistance with memory care that is focused on teaching individuals how to adjust with Alzheimer’s & Dementia , Parkinson's and other related diseases. Our care is provided to assist those experiencing these diseases that disrupts their daily lives. Offered services is to help your loved one's live with dignity, security and independence. Through a specialize plan , your loved one's can live safely and comfortably in their own home.
Cancellation Policy
As advised, if you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving proper notice , we miss the opportunity to fulfill that appointment. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to assure scheduled services are handled properly and that staff is professionally prepared for that booked appointment. - A deposit of half of the minimum requirement is intended to book a scheduled service , and once fulfilled, the fee will be applied to your scheduled service . Anything less than a 48 hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit. - Less than an 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of their scheduled service appointment. Please call 904.577.2440 of any scheduled service as we avoid the neglect of our clients.
