Cancellation Policy

As advised, if you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving proper notice , we miss the opportunity to fulfill that appointment. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to assure scheduled services are handled properly and that staff is professionally prepared for that booked appointment. - A minimum deposit is required in order to book a scheduled service , and once fulfilled, the fee will be applied to your scheduled service . Anything less than a 48 hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit. - Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of a scheduled service appointment.
